Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to design, develop, and maintain an Anaplan‑based planning and forecasting solution. The role will support financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance management across the organization while offering a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Anaplan solution architecture, including models, modules, dashboards, and calculations.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs and support integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling processes.
• Conduct testing, user acceptance, documentation, and communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of finance/accounting experience, or equivalent high school diploma with 8+ years, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 6+ years.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
