About the role

Zurich’s Underwriting Training Program offers a unique opportunity to combine relationship‑building and analytical skills in a critical insurance role. You will receive hands‑on training to assess complex risks for large multinational organisations, negotiate coverage, evaluate exposures, and determine pricing and terms.

Required profile

Pursuing a business‑related bachelor’s degree, graduating Spring/Summer 2027
Strong analytical, intercommunication and multi‑tasking abilities
Previous corporate internship experience (underwriting a plus)
Aptitude for automation and process improvement
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
