Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. This hybrid position offers remote work on Mondays and Fridays while providing a strong partnership with cross‑functional teams to drive financial discipline and support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial performance analysis, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results, and communicate findings to management.
• Execute monthly financial close activities, preparing and reviewing accruals to ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasts, annual operating plans, and long‑term planning.
• Analyze financial trends and report on key business drivers.
• Prepare accurate, timely financial reports for business leaders and finance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
