Senior Financial Analyst Co-Pilot

About the role

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Central RGM Finance team. The analyst will deliver key reporting on revenue, trade and other P&L items, support period‑end close, and drive automation of metrics. This position works closely with division sales controlling teams and adopts new technology solutions for cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze period‑end close results versus prior year and forecast, summarizing findings for senior leadership.
• Schedule and facilitate monthly forecast review meetings, consolidating division forecasts.
• Review balance‑sheet reporting for trade accounts and provide analysis for division sign‑off.
• Standardize and automate materials for forecast reviews and leadership meetings.
• Continuously refine modeling and automation for owned deliverables.
• Collaborate with sales controlling teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, finance or data analytics.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong financial acumen, experience with P&L postings and analysis.
