Senior Finance/Budget Analyst (TS/SCI Clearance)

About the role

Connexus Hub seeks an experienced Senior Finance/Budget Analyst to support federal government budgeting, financial reporting, and acquisition processes. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance and will serve as the primary on‑site liaison with the government’s Contracting Officer Representative.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact with the government COR, monitoring contractor performance and objectives.
• Develop, manage, and monitor the FMP spend plan and quarterly budget execution.
• Process funding authorizations, budget transfers, and ensure timely commitment and obligation of funds.
• Prepare and review acquisition documentation such as SOWs, IGCEs, and DD Form 254 for compliance.
• Run Account Detail Reports in FACTS, reconcile expenses, and advise on contract burn rates.
• Maintain internal financial operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in federal government budget formulation and execution.
• Extensive experience managing non‑expiring funds and budgets exceeding $20 million.

Required skills

• Proficiency with FACTS financial reporting system.
• Experience using the DIA Contract Management System (CMS).
• Familiarity with the MIPR Acceptance and Logging Tool (MALT).
