Senior Finance Director, FP&A (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Finance Director, FP&A will lead the transformation of Kelly’s finance function from traditional reporting to a forward‑looking, insights‑driven model. This high‑visibility position works directly with senior leadership and supports strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead company‑wide consolidation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Own the capital‑expenditure budgeting process, including project prioritisation, governance and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain standard FP&A templates, reporting calendars and process frameworks to drive consistency and scalability.
• Analyse financial performance metrics and KPIs, providing insightful reports to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, leveraging technology and AI where appropriate.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a finance leader, preferably in FP&A transformation roles.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgeting, forecasting and capital‑expenditure processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to boards and leadership teams.
• Leadership experience with a focus on developing high‑performing finance teams.
