Remote Billing Analyst (Contract)

About the role

The Billing Analyst supports accurate and timely billing for Kelly’s customers across North America. Working remotely, you will manage complex accounts, resolve billing issues, and contribute to process improvements within the Global Financial & Business Solutions organization.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, edit, and process strategic and high‑visibility accounts within billing cycle deadlines.
• Prioritize accounts by invoice volume, urgency, and impact on receivables.
• Accept, reject, and process billing adjustments to correct customer errors.
• Communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Facilitate meetings with relevant teams to achieve favorable resolutions while maintaining strong relationships.
• Research and resolve complex billing and business‑process issues, applying sound judgment to develop resolution plans.
• Identify and recommend process improvements, update procedural documentation, and assist with training on best practices.
• Support special projects and contribute to departmental initiatives as directed.
