Senior Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a leading FMCG manufacturing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will act as the finance lead for the site, driving commercial insight and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational managers and directors to provide financial analysis and challenge business plans.
• Lead a team of three finance professionals, ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement.
• Analyse cost variances, margins, profit, wastage and production efficiencies for a £100m+ turnover business.
• Support investment projects and drive revenue and profit growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts and budgets aligned with commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA accountant.
• Proven experience as a finance business partner in a fast‑paced, large‑scale manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and experience coaching a small team.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, autonomous working style.
