Senior Field Marketing & ABM Manager, East

About the role

Serval is an AI‑native automation platform looking for a senior marketer to own field and account‑based programs on the East Coast. You will partner directly with Sales to design high‑impact experiences that open doors, build trust and accelerate deals.

Key responsibilities

• Define the East Coast go‑to‑market strategy for field programs, including where to show up and how to win.
• Design and execute 1:1, 1:few and 1:many field marketing experiences such as regional dinners, happy hours, hackathons and other creative events aligned with active opportunities.
• Orchestrate ABM programs for strategic accounts across channels like direct mail, events, digital, gifting and content.
• Partner with Sales to understand territory priorities, account dynamics and pipeline gaps, actively participating in deal strategy.
• Track impact through account engagement, pilots started, velocity and closed‑won revenue, and create feedback loops with Sales leadership.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years experience in field, experiential, growth or ABM marketing.
• Creative, opportunistic mindset with willingness to test bold ideas.
• Comfortable with 25% travel, up to 50% seasonally.
• Proven ability to partner closely with Sales teams and drive measurable pipeline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with intent tools such as 6sense or Demandbase.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
