Senior Executive Search Consultant – Education Sector

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Executive Search Consultant to join the Greenwood Asher & Associates (GAA) team. The role focuses on executive search and leadership consulting for higher‑education institutions and K‑12 independent schools, delivering rigorous, client‑focused search processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare candidate profiles, summaries and presentation materials for clients.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate records.
• Lead client engagement activities such as stakeholder listening sessions, focus groups and on‑site visits.
• Synthesize stakeholder input into thematic reports and leadership profiles.
• Stay current on leadership trends, governance structures and institutional priorities in education.
• Contribute to the firm’s Leadership Solutions and coaching service lines.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and cross‑functional collaboration with Kelly Education and enterprise partners.
• Support continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
