Senior Enterprise Architect (SAP) – Hybrid in San Francisco

About the role

Whitehall Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to join a fast‑growing software development client focused on AI. The position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule (2‑3 days on‑site per week) and offers the chance to shape the company’s SAP strategy while driving AI adoption across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Align IT strategy with business objectives and champion AI‑enabled solutions within the SAP landscape.
• Design and govern enterprise‑wide solution architectures for complex, multi‑application environments.
• Lead integration initiatives using SAP S/4HANA, BTP, IDoc, BAPI, OData, and CPI/Integration Suite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and industries, ensuring seamless delivery of enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, WMS and MES.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture and enterprise application delivery.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, extensibility (BTP) and integration technologies.
• Proven track record designing architectures for multi‑application, multi‑country environments.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance SAP solutions.
