Senior Engineering Management Specialist – DevOps Engineer

About the role

Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team is looking for a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to lead DevOps initiatives for our Industry Solutions practice. You will design, deploy and optimise cloud platforms that enable our government and public‑sector clients to accelerate digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, manage and optimise AWS cloud infrastructure, including self‑managed and non‑self‑managed Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab Runners to automate build, test and deployment workflows.
• Monitor platform health, performance and security using observability tools and resolve reliability issues.
• Manage AWS services such as Batch, Secrets Manager, SNS, S3, CloudTrail, Route 53, CloudFront, Application Load Balancer, Lambda and Step Functions.
• Collaborate with development, quality engineering and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot, improve processes, document solutions and support ongoing operations.
