Senior Employee Success Business Partner

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Employee Success Business Partner to partner with internal managers and teams, driving service excellence and strategic business outcomes. The role blends high‑touch employee support with a General Manager mindset to accelerate commercial velocity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Enable managers to own the employee lifecycle, providing guidance rather than doing the work for them.
• Eliminate administrative friction in Employee Success processes to maintain speed and simplicity.
• Help leaders align talent needs with business objectives, fostering critical thinking and performance culture.
• Provide targeted support in employee relations, change management, and lifecycle events using the “Care, Notice, Act” principle.
• Act as a solutions consultant, translating HR initiatives into commercial impact and advising on talent architecture.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑growth SaaS, cloud, or life‑sciences environment with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, influencing talent strategy to drive speed to value and market fit.
• Track record designing strategic talent “moats” and using data‑driven insights to impact commercial metrics.
• Understanding of external market pressures and ability to bring an outside‑in perspective to manager challenges.
