About the role
The Senior Director / Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for building and managing relationships with 7 Pillars clients and potential partner entities. The role leads the Discovery, Engagement, Marketing, and Legacy phases of the standard process, evaluates service offerings, prepares financial models, and negotiates with partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with 7 Pillars clients and potential partner entities.
- Lead the Discovery, Engagement, Marketing, and Legacy phases of the standard process.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate 7 Pillars offerings based on client goals.
- Prepare and present financial models and cash‑flow projections to clients.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners and maintain ongoing relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the financial or dental industry.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for client and buyer meetings.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and strong verbal and written communication skills.
