Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in personal lines auto insurance.
• Leadership experience in underwriting, product development, strategy or innovation.
• Deep knowledge of auto underwriting workflows and the policy lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, data‑driven decision making.
• Proven track record of developing and executing market or product strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
