Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Marketo

About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will join a global Digital Marketing team to design and execute high‑impact digital programs that drive pipeline creation and customer expansion for the Clinical Effectiveness business line. This hands‑on individual contributor role focuses on paid advertising, marketing automation, email execution, audience segmentation, and data‑driven optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Build, QA, and deploy email programs, nurture streams, triggered workflows, and operational campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Create and manage Smart Lists, Smart Campaigns, tokens, snippets, A/B tests, and dynamic content.
• Maintain global email governance, naming conventions, folder structure, and compliance with GDPR/CCPA.
• Set up and execute ABM campaigns in 6sense, including audience creation, intent‑based targeting, and funnel‑stage activation.
• Support LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and OpenAI ad execution, ensuring accurate audience targeting and integration with Marketo.
• Collaborate with digital advertising leads to coordinate cross‑channel orchestration between ads, web, and email nurture.
• Provide account‑level ABM engagement measurement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact reporting.
• Assist with SEM and AI‑powered answer engine visibility initiatives across Google AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging platforms.
