Senior Coordinator – Foot and Ankle, Professional Affairs

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Foot and Ankle Professional Affairs to support its compliance ecosystem. The role bridges internal teams and external healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth contract creation, training, and data support while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external user communications.
• Train internal and external users on the compliance system functionality and Enovis requirements for engaging consultants.
• Provide training on Professional Affairs (PA) processes to internal staff.
• Fulfill ad‑hoc data requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the Professional Affairs inbox and prioritize incoming queries.
• Assist in developing new processes and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Update invoice statuses within the compliance system.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation reports and coordinate with relevant users.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expertise in compliance system processes and record facilitation.
• Strong communication skills for training and user support.
