Senior Consultant, US Global Strategy

About the role

The US Global Strategy team, part of the Clients, Strategy & Growth organization, is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape the firm’s global perspective. You will work on high‑impact initiatives that influence how the US firm collaborates across borders and serves its top clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define the US point‑of‑view and priorities for global initiatives.
• Analyze market opportunities and client concentration across regions such as the UK, APAC, and Latin America.
• Develop strategic recommendations on delivery‑center models, resource allocation, and partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to translate data‑driven insights into actionable plans.
• Prepare client‑ready deliverables, including presentations and analytical models.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Proactive, self‑directed mindset with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
