Senior Consultant – Strategic Management & AI Analytics

About the role

OBAN Corporation is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead highly complex qualitative and quantitative analyses for federal government clients. The role emphasizes the use of AI tools to augment human analysis and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. This position supports strategic, business, and action planning initiatives across mission‑critical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform highly complex qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Oversee the use of AI tools, transparently communicating AI contributions to work products.
• Provide project leadership for strategic planning, performance measurement, and process improvement.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for large or very complex projects.
• Develop relationships with potential teaming partners and guide junior consultants.
• Mentor and guide other principals and senior consultants.
• Solve difficult management, financial, operations, and analytical problems.
• Develop specialized tools, models, or applications for process, acquisition, or training execution.
• Make technical and business judgments, advising on schedule, performance, or budgetary issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all organizational levels.
• Experience supporting federal government clients or similar mission‑critical environments.
