Senior Consultant – Regulatory Operations Software Implementation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced senior consultant to lead the configuration and implementation of Veeva’s Regulatory suite for life‑science customers. The role involves guiding clients through full‑lifecycle software deployments on a cloud‑based platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customers in configuring Veeva Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing to streamline global regulatory processes.
• Manage implementation projects from planning, requirements gathering, migration, configuration, validation, to go‑live.
• Conduct workshops, design, prototype, configure, and document solutions following best practices.
• Serve as primary liaison, handling communication, risk management, and project reporting.
• Mentor project team members and collaborate with Product, Strategy, Sales, and other functions.

Required profile

• 8+ years experience in life sciences or healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record leading high‑impact system implementations.
• Strong understanding of life‑sciences compliance and computer systems validation.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and work remotely with occasional onsite visits.

Required skills

• Experience with Veeva Vault or similar regulatory information management systems.
• Knowledge of SaaS/cloud implementations and Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP, SharePoint, Documentum, and other RIM platforms.
