Senior Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Optimization

About the role

Join Crowe’s Microsoft AI Business Solutions practice as a Senior Consultant focused on post‑go‑live optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM). You will work with clients who already have D365 SCM in production, helping them unlock additional value across inventory, procurement, warehouse and planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments and identify gaps between platform capabilities and actual performance.
• Design and implement optimization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and measurable supply‑chain outcomes.
• Collaborate with client teams to prioritize enhancements, develop roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging AI tools that can augment D365 SCM functionality.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth and account strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering value‑add services on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.
• Growth mindset, excellent communication, and critical‑thinking abilities.
