Senior Consultant – MDM Software

About the role

As a Senior Consultant at Veeva, you will help major pharmaceutical and biotech companies organize and manage their customer and product data by designing and implementing Veeva Network MDM to provide a single, accurate view of doctors, hospitals, and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from start to finish for global healthcare and life‑science clients.
• Design and configure Veeva Network MDM to track healthcare professionals, organizations and product data.
• Connect Veeva Network MDM to Vault CRM enabling field sales teams to request data updates and view accurate customer profiles.
• Configure portals, dashboards and widgets for user‑friendly data access.
• Conduct workshops and present designs to client stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience leading customer‑facing technology implementations.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a comparable MDM system (e.g., Reltio, Informatica).
• Solid understanding of data integration tools such as SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP transfers.
• Experience delivering projects using structured timelines (Agile, Scrum) and managing tasks.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills with ability to lead meetings and manage client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and ability to travel 20‑30% for client meetings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
