About the role

Audactus LLC is seeking a Senior Consultant to help financial institutions, fintechs and digital‑asset firms navigate transformation. The role offers the chance to work on corporate banking, capital markets and emerging fintech projects while developing deep industry expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to client issues and translate them into accurate, relevant insights.
• Conduct rigorous research and analysis using client and external data sources.
• Develop original, high‑impact recommendations and proposals.
• Lead workshops and meetings, facilitating synthesis and driving results.
• Design and execute work approaches and frameworks tailored to client contexts.
• Deliver high‑quality outputs in both substance and form.
• Support the creation and integration of strategic and transformation plans.
• Apply project‑management fundamentals to ensure smooth execution and risk anticipation.
• Stay current on trends in retail banking, CIB, wealth management, payments, fintech, embedded finance, stablecoins and blockchain.
• Maintain professional communication to reinforce Audactus’ reputation.
• Contribute to internal research, publications, networking and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management or strategy consulting, preferably within banking, capital markets, asset management, fintech or blockchain/DLT.
• Strong appetite for digital assets, stablecoins and blockchain market transformation.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, structured problem‑solving and data‑analysis skills.
• Ability to build business and financial models and to design optimized operating models.
