Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

DACON Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to control schedule, cost, and quality across multiple building projects. The role serves as the primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring effective communication and project success.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Procore records and logs, including drawings, contracts, and sketches.
• Control project costs through contract negotiations, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Implement and track RFQ and bid packages to subcontractors and vendors.
• Create detailed project schedules and 3‑week look‑ahead plans.
• Prepare and archive meeting minutes and conduct regular site visits.
• Compose take‑offs, estimates, and conduct subcontractor and owner meetings.
• Prepare and deliver project close‑outs and owners’ manuals.
• Coordinate BIM activities with architects and subcontractors.
• Mentor and coach team members while sharing knowledge.
• Provide daily oversight and direction to Project Managers and select contractors for specific needs.

Required profile

• Mastery of project management principles for building construction.
• Strong understanding of engineering and architectural design concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, plans, specifications, and safety rules.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
