Construction Project Manager

About the role

We seek an experienced Project Manager to add to our team. The Project Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing the operations and activities of assigned construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget while enhancing client relationships. This is a full-time, on‑site position based in Natick with travel to local job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Control time, cost, and quality of construction projects and act as liaison between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Maintain Procore records and logs, including drawings, contracts, and sketches.
• Implement and track RFQ and bid packages to subcontractors and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, purchase orders, change orders and other project costs.
• Update project schedule and 3‑week look‑ahead schedule.
• Prepare and archive meeting minutes, conduct site visits, and compose take‑offs and estimates.
• Coordinate BIM activities with architects and subcontractors.
• Mentor team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management of new buildings and renovations, including on‑site experience.
• OSHA 10‑Hour certification.
• Knowledge of project management principles for building, engineering, and architecture.
