Senior Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Senior Construction Project Coordinator to support its Facilities team. You will help drive renovation projects across the 12th District, ensuring smooth operations, effective vendor management, and reliable project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects, keeping them on schedule and within budget.
• Independently manage small‑scale projects, track progress, mitigate risks, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain and update IWMS platforms, floor plans, space assignments, and group relocations.
• Provide administrative support including contract and financial tracking, RFP management, and vendor access.
• Support procurement activities, track purchase orders, change orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate internal resources, resolve conflicts, and ensure efficient project delivery.
• Serve as the central communication hub, organize meetings, document minutes, and distribute action items.
• Identify workflow efficiencies, develop guidelines, and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Capacity to mentor and coach junior team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) platforms.
