Senior Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Senior Compliance Analyst supports the North America Compliance program at Bosch, ensuring day‑to‑day operations align with global standards and helping mitigate compliance risks across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily compliance activities in line with Bosch global standards.
• Perform deep‑dive risk assessments, draft technical reports, and recommend controls.
• Lead the technical side of misconduct investigations, handling data collection, evidence review, and documentation.
• Assist with Compliance Hotline administration, triaging reports promptly.
• Analyze compliance trends, conduct root‑cause analyses, and create dashboards or reports for management.
• Develop and deliver compliance training materials and provide guidance to business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, or law‑enforcement investigations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
