Senior Compensation Analyst

About the role

The Senior Compensation Analyst will report to the Director of Total Rewards and help design, implement, and administer compensation programs that attract and retain talent worldwide. You will work closely with People Business Partners, Finance, and Payroll to ensure competitive and compliant pay structures.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Total Rewards in developing compensation strategies aligned with company goals and market benchmarks.
• Partner with People Business Partners, People Operations, and Recruiting on offers, promotions, transfers, and pay questions.
• Own recurring compensation programs such as annual merit and equity reviews, and manage ad‑hoc initiatives like promotion cycles.
• Design and maintain non‑exempt compensation policies, including shift differentials, on‑call pay, overtime, and skill‑based premiums.
• Manage the compensation survey cycle: data collection, job matching, validation, and benchmarking.
• Build and update pay bands in Pave, ensuring alignment with market movements, geographic differentials, and internal equity.
• Continuously improve compensation processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards.
• Strong understanding of global compensation regulations and FLSA compliance.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and timelines.
• Experience partnering with HR, finance, and payroll teams.
