Senior Community Manager / General Manager – Kirker Creek

About the role

The Senior Community Manager / General Manager will oversee the daily operations of Kirker Creek, a stabilized garden‑style community of 542 units. Reporting to regional leadership, you will lead a team, manage resources, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations of two or more assigned properties.
• Lead and develop on‑site staff, coordinating daily activities and performance.
• Monitor and achieve budgeted financial goals, providing input for budget development.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and company policies.
• Maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction through effective community management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in property or community management.
• Strong operational excellence and financial acumen.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule.
