About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a Senior Clinical Application Analyst to join its Integrated Clinical Systems team in Little Rock. This professional staff position supports the university’s clinical, research and educational missions by ensuring the optimal performance of clinical software applications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, and support clinical applications used across UAMS facilities.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and administrative stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
• Provide troubleshooting and end‑user support for application issues.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in clinical application analysis or health‑IT support.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
