Senior Channel Enablement Manager

About the role

Fastly, an edge cloud platform provider, is hiring a Senior Channel Enablement Manager. You will drive the strategy and delivery that arm the global partner ecosystem and Channel Account Managers, acting as a key architect of channel success. You will create high-impact enablement content, deliver engaging virtual sessions and run end-to-end enablement program logistics, working closely with Channel Marketing, Operations and Program Management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Partner Enablement Program
• Create relevant content and manage the curriculum
• Execute strategic initiatives with Channel Marketing, Operations and Program Management
• Facilitate internal and external training sessions
• Manage metrics to ensure program success

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in channel enablement, partner training or sales enablement within enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure or cybersecurity
• Proven track record of creating learning assets such as battle cards, pitch decks, quick-reference guides and interactive e-learning modules
• Experience leading large-scale virtual workshops and training sessions for external teams
• Strong project management and metrics and analytics focus (e.g. partner certification rates, deal registration volume, time-to-first-deal)

Required skills

• Hands-on experience administering PRM systems, LMS and virtual facilitation tools (Zoom, Salesforce, WorkRamp, Highspot)
• Ability to translate complex cloud technologies into clear sales messaging for non-technical channel reps

Nice to have: deep knowledge of partner GTM models (VARs, MSPs, GSIs, referral programs) and experience with edge cloud, CDN, API security and serverless architectures.
