Senior Business Consultant – Global Analytics

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join its Global Analytics practice, helping life‑sciences companies accelerate treatments to patients by transforming operating models with technology, data and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small‑scale projects, overseeing end‑to‑end design and delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• Manage project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing people‑leadership skills.
• Drive practice growth through proposal development and identifying new opportunities.
• Solve complex challenges for life‑sciences leaders using Veeva’s data, software and AI insights.
• Support multiple projects while building deep expertise in 1–2 functional areas.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in life‑sciences consulting, preferably business or management consulting.
• Proven expertise with healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, reference) and analytics use cases such as segmentation, targeting, call planning, forecasting and field deployment.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
