About the role
PwC’s Enterprise Performance Management team is seeking a Senior Associate to help clients optimise financial planning, budgeting and reporting using Oracle’s EPM suite. You will work directly with CEOs, CFOs and finance leaders to deliver cost‑saving solutions, accelerate cycle times and provide actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Oracle planning, reporting, consolidation and data‑management applications for large‑scale clients.
- Collaborate with senior finance stakeholders to design and execute budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
- Drive adoption of best‑practice methodologies to improve regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members, delegate tasks and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Analyse industry trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of client‑facing Oracle EPM consulting experience.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to PwC’s code of ethics.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities.
Required skills
- Oracle EPM suite (EPBCS, FCCS, ARC, SEDM, CSCP, APA).
- Budgeting and forecasting, long‑range planning, rolling forecasts.
- Financial consolidation, account reconciliation and data management.
