Senior Analyst – Real Estate Investment Management

About the role

The Senior Analyst partners with Investment Managers to oversee commercial and residential real‑estate assets, aiming to maximize performance and value. This position is responsible for shaping property‑specific strategies, evaluating major leasing decisions, and conducting feasibility studies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Investment Managers to create and execute operational strategies for individual properties.
• Analyze major lease agreements, capital projects, and other investment factors that affect asset value.
• Perform feasibility studies and benchmark property performance against industry standards.
• Prepare and support quarterly and annual property reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
• Monitor and report on asset-level performance metrics.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in real‑estate investment analysis.
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of commercial and residential property markets.
• Ability to work closely with Investment Managers and cross‑functional teams.
