Senior Analyst, Finance-Commercial

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Finance‑Commercial will act as a trusted financial advisor to commercial and operational leaders, helping to shape profitable growth. You will partner across sales, operations, engineering and finance to build scalable finance processes and deliver data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support the commercial finance function by establishing scalable processes, systems and financial models.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Plant Controllers and Accounting to drive data‑backed decision‑making.
• Provide financial support for customer pricing and quoting, including model preparation, cost‑to‑produce analysis and profitability modeling.
• Analyze customer, product and segment profitability to identify margin leakage and cost‑improvement opportunities.
• Create capital‑expenditure requests and robust financial models for project evaluation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting cycles and prepare executive‑level presentation materials.
• Review financial terms in contracts, summarize risks and develop standard contract clauses.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience in large multinational organizations.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• High systems aptitude with experience building scalable tools and dashboards.
• Proven experience developing pricing, cost‑to‑produce and profitability models.
• Ability to build trust, influence across the organization and challenge the status‑quo.
