Senior Analyst, Consumer & Marketplace Insights

About the role

The Marketing Analytics Senior Analyst will support Nestlé USA’s divisions by delivering unbiased, data‑driven insights that guide business decisions, marketing strategy, and commercial allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance, including sales driver decomposition.
• Evaluate marketing performance and guide budget allocation through marketing mix modeling.
• Size future category growth by analyzing market trends and consumer behavior.
• Identify macro‑environmental headwinds and tailwinds.
• Perform ad‑hoc, data‑intensive analyses to support decision‑making.
• Build relationships with sales, marketing, finance, and consumer insights teams.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science/Analytics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis or market research, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and uncover key insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience using statistical programming languages such as R or Python.
• Familiarity with syndicated market data tools (e.g., Circana, NielsenIQ, Numerator, 84.51, Luminate) is a plus.
