About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead its U.S. Consumer Acquisition and Engagement (CAE) program management efforts. You will act as the primary liaison for client loyalty initiatives, driving strategic planning, execution, and performance measurement across rewards and card‑linked offers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead client loyalty programs, including strategic planning, campaign design, P&L forecasting, and relationship management.
- Identify client pain points and propose additional loyalty and services solutions to grow business.
- Serve as the “One Voice” for Mastercard, overseeing Rewards and card‑linked Offers programs and managing cross‑functional operations.
- Prioritize product backlogs, monitor KPIs, and conduct quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Analyze data, generate insights, and present performance metrics such as redemption trends, spend performance, and program liability.
- Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to position Mastercard as a loyalty solutions leader.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and ensure accuracy of merchant offers on centralized platforms.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing client loyalty or acquisition programs.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and handle issue escalations.
