Senior Amazon Manager / Director

About the role

Posh Peanut is seeking a senior leader to own and grow its Amazon channel. Based in Glendale, CA, this hybrid role will be responsible for the full Amazon strategy, P&L, and execution, partnering with brand, supply chain, finance, and creative teams to make Amazon a top‑three revenue driver.

Key responsibilities

• Define short‑ and long‑term Amazon growth strategy aligned with company goals.
• Develop assortment, pricing, forecasting, and full P&L ownership.
• Lead Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Brand Stores, and DSP, setting spend and performance targets.
• Own storefront, brand store, and every product detail page, continuously testing copy, images, and A+ content to improve conversion and organic rank.
• Manage Buy Box health, brand registry compliance, and unauthorized seller activity.
• Oversee Amazon inventory specialist, coordinate demand forecasts, FBA inbound planning, IPI score, and storage limits.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an Amazon marketplace business end‑to‑end.
• Track record of owning P&L, forecasting, and delivering growth targets.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including brand, supply chain, finance, and creative.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort presenting results to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Amazon Advertising platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP).
• Amazon Brand Store and Seller Central management.
• Amazon Brand Registry and Buy Box protection.
• Experience with inventory forecasting and FBA inbound planning.
