Senior Manager – Retail

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will partner with the Store Leader to shape store vision, drive performance, and foster an inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and associates, empowering growth and achieving performance goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high‑performing workforce.
• Participate in floor leadership, interacting with customers and team members to ensure exceptional service.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to meet business priorities and store performance targets.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets, and maintain confidentiality.
• Promote an inclusive environment and model Apple’s values of diversity and respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability to make timely, data‑driven decisions and build trust within a team.
