About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Senior Aircraft Technician specialized in Mechanical H125 to join the Columbus, MS facility. The role involves hands‑on work on helicopters and components, ensuring high‑quality fabrication, repair, installation and maintenance of mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate, repair and install aircraft parts for the H125 platform.
• Perform maintenance and repair of helicopters, supporting specific program requirements.
• Assemble, install, repair or replace mechanical and electronic components in new build, refurbishment or overhaul projects.
• Conduct operational and functional checks of complete systems to verify correct performance.
• Diagnose malfunctions, adjust, repair or replace faulty parts and components.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in aircraft mechanical maintenance, preferably with helicopters.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
