About the role
Connexus Hub, Inc. is a fast‑growing government contracting firm that provides administrative, IT, and mission support services to federal agencies. The company is seeking an Administrative Support professional to deliver daily assistance for USTDA conference and training rooms, including AV setup and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day conference room and training center support.
- Assist with AV setup, troubleshooting, and event readiness.
- Support project reporting, records management, and document control.
- Maintain agency library holdings and electronic databases.
- Assist with administrative management functions.
Required profile
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
- 7+ years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information systems.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, or a related field.
