Senior Account Manager – Remote

About the role

Cr3ativeGrowth is a Miami‑based creative agency that partners with brands and founders to grow through design, strategy, and storytelling. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our biggest clients and our internal creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for top‑tier clients, building deep trust and long‑term relationships.
• Translate client needs into clear project briefs and strategic plans for the creative team.
• Oversee the execution of branding, design, social media, and development projects, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Identify growth opportunities for clients and propose initiatives that increase their audience and revenue.
• Maintain composure under pressure, resolve conflicts, and keep both clients and internal teams aligned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing or branding agency.
• Fluent written and spoken English, comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to see how creative work drives client revenue.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client communication and internal motivation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp (preferred).
