Senior Account Executive, Hotel Partnerships (Charleston)

About the role

A fast-growing team expanding into the hotel sector is looking for a Senior Account Executive in Charleston, SC. You will turn leads into new hotel partnerships, focusing on independent and boutique hotels, and own the full sales cycle. The position is a 12-month W-2 contract starting November 17, 2026, with a hybrid setup and up to 30% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of an assigned region and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Prospect new hotels through external research, networking and internal tools, then run targeted sales strategies and negotiate and close deals.
• Develop scalable, localized acquisition and supply strategies for established and emerging markets.
• Present the value proposition to prospective partners by phone, email and in person, and qualify leads quickly.
• Lead new-market launches, including lead generation and cross-functional coordination, and support onboarding of newly signed hotels.
• Build strong hotel relationships by showing deep knowledge of the platform and pitching its value confidently.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in sales and/or account management, preferably at a fast-growing tech startup or hospitality company.
• Professional proficiency in English; preferred: hospitality industry experience.
• Able to travel up to 30% of the time and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills, quick learner, able to balance daily tasks with long-term strategy.

Required skills

• CRM experience.
• Preferred: proficiency in Salesforce, Gong and scalable AI sales prospecting tools.

What we offer

• Pay of $45-$57 per hour, with eligibility for a quarterly performance bonus and benefits.
• 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, hybrid in Charleston, SC.
