Semiconductor Fabrication Operator (Level 1)

About the role

Bosch Group is expanding its silicon‑carbide semiconductor production in Roseville, California. As a Semiconductor Fabrication Operator (Level 1) you will join an entry‑level team that supports the manufacturing of 200‑mm SiC wafers, gaining hands‑on experience with core fab equipment and safety‑critical processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑the‑job training and complete all required equipment certifications.
• Operate assigned semiconductor fabrication and test/measurement equipment under supervision.
• Follow written specifications and ensure 100 % compliance for all qualified tasks.
• Maintain accurate production records and report material discrepancies as directed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate closely with trainers to develop fabrication techniques and basic problem‑solving skills.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate eager to learn semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work safely in a clean‑room environment.
• Willingness to work a temporary Monday‑Thursday 7 am‑5 pm schedule before transitioning to a 12‑hour shift model.
