About the role
TikTok Shop is expanding its live‑shopping experience and needs a dedicated manager to drive growth for sellers using TikTok Shop Live. You will act as the main liaison for sellers, guiding them through live‑stream planning, execution, and performance optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement seller‑focused live‑stream strategies that increase gross merchandise value (GMV) in line with platform goals.
- Analyse live‑stream performance data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned sellers, overseeing end‑to‑end live planning, communication, and performance coaching.
- Identify growth opportunities within the seller portfolio, expanding live‑commerce adoption and driving incremental GMV through strategic upselling.
- Stay current on live‑stream trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align seller initiatives with broader platform campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, social media platforms, digital content, or related fields.
- Proven track record in business development or sales within live‑streaming, e‑commerce, media, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of seller‑platform relationship dynamics (1‑to‑1 and 1‑to‑few).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and act with a bias for action.
