Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead the Safety & Security Department at Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, ensuring the safety and well‑being of members, guests, and employees. This position oversees shift operations, coordinates incident response, and works closely with local emergency services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support and leadership for the security team.
• Command, control, and coordinate critical incidents, keeping club and corporate management informed.
• Collaborate with local emergency agencies and ensure legal compliance.
• Supervise internal investigations and report findings to security management.
• Enforce security policies and procedures, monitoring officer compliance.
• Identify threats, hazards, and vulnerabilities, assisting in mitigation strategy development.
• Maintain a safe residential and working environment by reducing workplace risks.
• Conduct quarterly proficiency training, including firearm qualification and tactical drills.
• Oversee medical response capabilities on club property.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising security personnel in a hospitality or club setting.
• Strong ability to manage incident command and coordinate with emergency services.
• Experience conducting investigations and preparing detailed reports.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and security.
