About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking reliable Security Guards for its Wilmington, OH Service Center. The position is full‑time and offers a stable career for individuals who value professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Key responsibilities
- Protect the terminal’s assets, property, and personnel from theft, fire, sabotage, vandalism, illegal entry, and other threats.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management, such as routine inspections and reporting incidents.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and various shifts as needed.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol the facility for most of the shift.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening; prior military, police, or security experience is a plus.
