Security Guard – Full‑Time

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking reliable Security Guards to protect its Wilmington, OH service center. This full‑time position offers a stable schedule, competitive hourly pay, and the chance to join a company that values long‑term careers and professional conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Provide protection for the terminal’s assets, preventing theft, vandalism, sabotage, fires and unauthorized entry.
• Patrol assigned areas, monitor security systems, and respond to incidents as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support overall site safety.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, or varying shifts.
• Physical capability to stand, walk or patrol for most of the shift.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
