Seasonal Tour Guide – Los Angeles Dodgers

About the role

The Los Angeles Dodgers are seeking enthusiastic, part‑time Tour Guides to lead visitors through Dodger Stadium from March to November. Guides will share the rich history of the Dodgers, provide entertaining commentary, and ensure a safe, memorable experience for fans from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled stadium tours, greeting guests courteously and following the approved script.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all tour‑route areas, historical facts, and current team information.
• Collaborate with fellow guides to monitor tour flow and adjust routes as needed.
• Answer visitor questions, offer city recommendations, and promote a positive, high‑energy atmosphere.
• Assist with special events, internal requests, and specialty tours when required.
• Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and players throughout the tour.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least two years of customer‑service or related experience.
• Availability for a minimum of four days per month during the 2026 season, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfort speaking to diverse, large audiences and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to attend preseason training on March 1‑2.

Required skills

• Public speaking or theatrical performance experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• General knowledge of baseball is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese are advantageous.
