Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Retail (Cypress, TX)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking enthusiastic seasonal sales associates to help power the holiday rush at its Houston Premium Outlets location in Cypress, TX. You will join a dynamic store team, delivering friendly service and keeping the store looking its best during the busiest time of year.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting guests and offering assistance.
• Maintain visual standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging purchases at the register.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
